Company Profile

System solutions for an ever-evolving era

Tokyo Data Career aims to follow best practices in handling personal information. Approximately 300 professional research staff members nationwide will provide useful information to customers quickly. We also believe that by utilizing this system, excessive work and excessive capital investment can be reduced, which will be one way of resolving problems.

Companies that handle more personal information have various worries and difficulties. They must constantly keep up to date to protect information from data leaks and unauthorized access, and respond to new security threats. A proper data management strategy is required to continue to collect, store, organize, and delete huge amounts of personal information every day. Companies must understand these complex requirements and take measures, which requires huge capital investment, human resource acquisition, and employee training.

Greeting

Thank you for your continued support of Tokyo Data Career.

This website was created to explain the business policy and business details of "Tokyo Data Career" in an easy-to-understand manner. We hope that it will help you to gain a deeper understanding of our company.

It has already been 10 years since the Personal Information Protection Law was fully implemented in Japan. Each company is likely focusing on maintaining and managing their personal information on a daily basis.
In particular, non-life insurance companies have more opportunities to handle personal information than other companies.
We have constructed a personal information management system that utilizes the experience we have gained in credit investigation work, not to mention damage investigation, in the credit business. To ensure even the most thorough security, we were one of the first to obtain ISO-27001 (information security system) certification and introduced a thin client system, building more advanced and robust security measures.

The evolution of technology surrounding modern society is dizzying, and the importance and necessity of reliable and prompt information is expected to continue to increase. We hope to grow together with you by providing you with information that meets your needs.
